!!! jackvance.com is on-line !!!

The jackvance.com site is alive. You can purchase e-book versions of much of Jack’s work. If you want Jack’s work electronically, and would like your deposit back on a CVIE, let me know–there’s no problem.

Those who can afford the Afton House /Complete Jack Vance/, who have put money down on it, should not favor ebooks instead of this fine hardback edition. If you want the ebooks, by all means buy them! But buy also the CJV. You will regret taking back your deposit.

I agree completely. Bob Lacovara has done a superb job. The volumes are quite handsome, and are a pleasure to read and to own.

I second that. I’ll be getting the e-books too probably, for commuting reading (can’t haul those juggernauts around, unfortunatelly), but having the real books that will last my lifetime and probably my children’s, is well worth the price. I really enjoy reading them on my hammock on a rainy day. Don’t pass on this once in a lifetime oportunity
